In SYNTAX’s General Assembly, after the Chairman’s proposal, the new Board of Directors was composed of the company’s active members, as follows:
- President: Nikolaos Th. G. Afxentiadis
- Managing Director: Ioannis M. Halas
- Executive Vice President: Panagiotis Ch. Zotos
- Member: Konstantinos Ch. Noukas
- Member: Dimitris A. Karystinos
The term of the new BoD is three years.
